An all-natural multi-link polymer that increases root mass and depth, yield, and quality. Defender fights, blight, bacteria, surface spores, and fungus. Defender encapsulates nutrients and prevents nutrient loss due to leaching into soil and eliminates phytophthora root rot and bud rot in palms and other trees. Defender reduces water loss through transpiration and evaporation thereby reducing irrigation requirements in turf, crops, and ornamentals. Defender is a non-plant food amendment and should not be considered conventional fertilizer or pesticide.
Application:
Foliage:Apply at the rate of 1 or 2 quarts of Defender per acre every 2 to 4 weeks or as needed. Mix with a minimum of 5 gallons of water per acre or 4 to 8 ounces of Defender per gallon of water, spray until plants are slightly wet.
Soil and Turf: Apply 1 to 2 ounces of Defender per acre with a minimum of 5 gallons of water per acre. For more intensive growing areas apply at rate of 6 to 10 ounces with a minimum of 1 gallon of water using hand garden sprayer or through hose end applicator per each 1000 square-feet as needed.
As A Seed Treatment: Use 2 quarts of Defender mixed with 1 gallon of water. Apply on seeds or bulbs until wet; let dry or plant immediately in row or furrow openings, use at planting 2 to 4 of Defender with a minimum of 4-gallons of water.
In Potted Media Mix: Incorporate 6 to 8 ounces of Defender with a minimum of 1-quart of water foe each 1 cubic yard of potting mixture.
